Kayla’s Pov

I brushed past Ethan and made my way into Jason’s room. It was weird to see that I attained a level of boldness ever since I discovered that I had some powers within me. It made me feel as though I could achieve anything I could and the era of being bullied has come to an end.

Jason was with his girlfriend, Ashley…the one thorn I had in my flesh.

Memories of the party flushed into my memory and I clenched my fist in fury.

“I need to talk to you, Jason”, I declared, staring at him defiantly and watching how he stared back at me with an amused look.
