"I'm closer than you think oh how I have missed this place" Brian read aloud not minding the fact that Arianna had seen the message same time as he did.

"She had the gut to send that!?" Arianna said in a high tone.

"Lower your voice, Ari,” Brian said demonstrating.

“She mustn’t suspect I’m discussing her with you, to her it’s more like a friendly visitation” he added.

Arianna gave no response as she stared at him cunningly, looking elsewhere after a few seconds.

Arianna had gotten so pissed at that point that she went straight back to cooking wearing a frown, she ignited the gas cooker angrily and served the already burnt plantain into a bowl.

"Brian gets to eat this as his punishment, it was his fault after all he shouldn’t have frightened me in the first place,” she said to Primal angrily staring at the served burnt plantain.

"Don't you think you are taking this a little too far?” primal asked.

“Oh please! Do not even try to patronize me, I see you’re now on his side” Arianna said
