Elias POV:

I woke up after two days of coma. I almost died during the blood draw. Sona tried to take my life from death. That's what I heard Marcus say.

As usual, I first open my eyes every morning to see if Serena is okay.

I kissed her forehead and smiled. "Good morning, my baby."

I wish she could open her eyes and respond to me. But that will be unlikely, and I'm waiting for a miracle. Sona said that although Serena's life can be saved for now, she may never wake up. That poison penetrated deep into her internal organs, and Asher did not want her to live. Talking about that bastard makes my blood boil, and I want to cut him open and peel his skin off right now.

"Serena, how long are you going to sleep? You wake up and look, spring is almost here. The flowers in the garden have already bloomed. If you don't hurry to see them, they will wither away. You must wait another year to see it again; don't you regret it?"
