~Lily~I wasn’t sure if it was the coffee and how much we bonded the other day, but Brandon seemed more attached to me. And tonight is the night we’ve been waiting for. The date night. “C’mon, Kendall, we can’t keep Brandon waiting when she shows up.” I ran after him, trying to grab him while he ran around his room with his shirt tied around his head. “Kendall, come on!” I laughed and stopped running. “You’re going to make mummy mad if you don’t come here right now and let me dress you up, I’ll leave you at home and go and have fun all by myself.” “Noo!” He shouted, running towards me, and just then, I grabbed him and ran my hand through his hair multiple times. “Naughty naughty boy,” I muttered, making him stand before his mirror as I wore his shirt for him. “Mom, is Uncle Brandon going to be my dad now?” He asked, and I raised my head to look at his face through the mirror. “What? Why would you even ask that?” I furrowed my brows. “Don’t you like him the way you like my dad?
~Prince Randall~In less than an hour after Trump’s call, we were on our way to the palace and I didn’t get myself at all. I kept stamping my feet and clenching my jaws. I couldn’t begin to imagine how I’d feel if I set my eyes on her again, after everything she had done. “Babe,” Daciana called softly, holding my hand. I turned to look at her and put on a faint smile. “I know this isn’t the honeymoon you wanted. But…”“It’s okay, baby. This is important too. We can finally put all this behind us. We found her.” “That is the thing, babe. We didn’t find her. She walked into the palace herself. That is the stupidest thing anyone can do when they know the palace is after them. Why would she do that?” I shook my head in confusion. “Maybe she was tired of running? Or tired of playing games? We can’t really know until we talk to her.” She replied, and I nodded. “You’re right. I just need to stay calm.” I patted my thighs and nodded over and over again. “We are here, your majesty.” The
~Daciana~After our talk with Trump, Randall asked Anne to be released. She seemed super grateful and at some point, I felt maybe, just maybe, she had come to realize her mistake and wouldn’t hurt us anymore. It’s the third day since she was released from prison and everything seemed to be going smoothly. She also seemed nicer to me, which was quite strange because I wasn’t used to her being nice to me. Randall was out on kingdom business, so I decided to take a walk around the palace. Just then, I saw Anne, walking down the stairs too. “Good morning.” She greeted me with a wide smile, and I slightly bowed, smiling too. “Good morning.”“Are you heading out?” She asked, and I shook my head. “I want to take a stroll around the palace. And you? Heading out?” I asked her and she chuckled. “Out? I have nowhere to go. Can I go with you on this walk? We can… you know, catch up on the time I’ve missed.” She replied, and I slightly raised my brows. “Sure,” I answered, nodding. We walke
~Anne~I got to Trump’s door and knocked. “Trump. Are you there?” I asked, placing my ear on his door. “Who is there?” His voice was low. “It’s Anne. Can I come in?” I asked, keeping my ear against his door. “Oh… come in.” He responded, and I opened the door and walked into his room. I found him lying on his bed and he turned his head to look at me. “How are you?” I asked and he shrugged. “What do you think?? I can’t move the way I want.” He answered, and I nodded slowly. “I’m sorry about that, Trump. I wish things had played out differently.” I responded, sitting on the bed. He held onto the bed and pulled himself up. “It’s not your fault, Anne. I was robbed.” “Maybe if I had stopped you from leaving that day, you wouldn’t have been there when they robbed you,” I answered, and he shook his head again. “It’s not your fault. And I’m glad you’re here to right your wrong. It’s still pretty surprising though.” “I’ve gotten that a lot lately. It wasn’t easy for me to… just surren
~Daciana~ “The test results have arrived.” I heard Anne’s voice in front of my room. I hastily got out of bed and rushed to the door. Opening it, I found an envelope in her hand, and next to her was Trump in his wheelchair. “The result is here. Where is Randall?” She asked. “He’s not home right now,” I responded, and she gave the envelope to me. “You should check that too. You can show him when he comes back. I wasn’t lying.” She uttered sadly with gritted teeth. “I never said you were. Why would anyone think that?”“Well, your husband thought that. At least, this will clear his doubts about me.” I breathed out deeply and opened the envelope. I scanned through and realized she wasn’t telling a lie. I clenched my jaws and looked at her. “I’m so sorry, Anne,” I uttered, neatly folding back the paper. “You don’t have to apologize. Karma is a bitch, isn’t she?” She chuckled painfully, and I felt sad for her. Even though she had done evil, dying of cancer isn’t something I would wi
~Daciana~While Anne was being attended to, I sat in the hallway and tried to get through to Randall over the phone. I called his phone but there was no response. He must probably still be in the meeting We were yet to discuss having kids but I couldn’t let Anne know about that. I hope he will be free tonight so we can talk. His coronation is around the corner and he has so many things going on for him which is nice and important. But, this is important as well. I heaved a sigh and raised my head. Just then, I saw someone familiar, a young lady. I squinted my eyes to get a better look at who it was and to my greatest surprise, it happened to be Trisha pacing agitatedly in the hallway. ‘What is she doing here ?’ She seemed troubled and this puked my curiosity. I stood up and began to walk closer to where she was. “Trisha” I called out and she turned to look in my direction, and when she saw me she halted for a second expressing, surprise on her face.“Daciana” she called, raising
~Daciana~After one month We were all in a car. Lily, Trisha, and me. We were having a ride and it seemed like it was one of those girls' nights out. The only difference was that it was during the day and not at night. It was the third time the three of us were doing this. Crazily, Trisha and Lily seem to get along pretty well and we became the Trio in no time. Anytime Randall was out on business, we would all go to the bar, drink, dance, and enjoy the night. And when it was time for Anne’s chemo, any of them who were less busy would go with us, but today’s outing was a special one. A surprise awaits Lily but only Trisha and I know that. Brandon is going to propose to her. “We still don’t know where we are going,” Lily said as she laughed “We don’t know either. Maybe we would just end up driving through town.” Trisha replied “I don’t mind riding through town, I have nothing to do at home” I added as I drove. Trisha and I exchanged looks through the rare mirror and smiled sheepi
~Anne~ We stayed till evening at the restaurant, just enjoying the moment. I felt genuinely happy and among after a long time. Randall finally smiled at me, and everyone else didn’t see me as the evil woman anymore. It was all love, and I loved it. If only I had more time to be around all of them. It would have been so much better. We departed and everyone went to their various homes. I went with my son and his wife in the car, back to the palace. I had missed Trump so much already and I couldn’t wait to tell him how the day went. Alighting from the car, we all walked inside, feeling a little tired. “I’m kinda tipsy, babe,” Daciana muttered, with her head on Randall’s arm. “I know you are, darling. You’ve said that a thousand times already. We are home now. You can go to bed.” He responded, looking at me and smiling. “She’s just like a baby,” I uttered, and he nodded. “She’s my baby.” “Daciana!” We heard someone call, and when we looked up, it happened to be Agatha, on the st
