Katy Rudolf was always maltreated by her stepmother named Mrs Rudolf and her stepsister named Anne Rudolf, the two personalities was so callous and brutal to her, but she must not report to her dad whatever they did to her,

Mrs Rudolf stopped Katy from going to school while her daughter continue with her studies In the high school,

When she was nineteen, she got a job at the restaurant as a dishwasher, and Anne was trying to be nice to her, because she wanted to get employment In the same restaurant Katy was working as a dishwasher.

When she collected her first salary and Anne saw that the the restaurant that they paid good salary, and the salary was regular, she begged Katy to help her talk to her boss or anyone that can be of help,

Katy help Anne on a condition that she will stopped maltreating her at home, and they will team up doing all the house chores,

They sat down at the balcony discuss as If they are cool together, and as If everything was fine with them,

Katy thought Anne has turned a new leaf In the house because the following day, Immediately Katy woke up to carry out the normal routine as usual, Anne woke up and joined her, and they did all the house chores together, and they prepared breakfast,

Katy was surprised to heard Mrs Rudolf said, "Katy my beautiful daughter, come and sit beside me and have your breakfast before you leave for work"

Katy had a glance at her and Anne, and she stared at herself from head to toe and she asked within herself, "when did this one started, am I not supposed to be more careful In this house, this food might be my last food" and she remembered one of her mom's qoutes before she deceased,

While she was deeply In though about the sudden hospitality, Anne was waving hands on her face and said, "hello Katy, Katy", are you not here with us?" Anne asked,

"Oh, I'm sorry, I was carried away with the thought of the assignment given to me at work, so I'm sorry, I won't be able to stay and take this breakfast, and moreover, I'm not used to early breakfast" Katy explained,

"I understand, but you can carry your breakfast to the work" Mrs Rudolf said,

"That will be good ma" Katy said,

"Anne, stand up and get the breakfast ready for Katy" Mrs Rudolf said

"Okay mom" Anne said, and she rapidly stood up and she made a breakfast package for Katy and she gave It to Katy with respect,

"Thank you mom, thanks Anne" Katy said, and she left for work,

Arriving at work, she approached the supervisor and asked, "Is here any job vacancy In the restaurant or other department?"

"Right now, there Is no job vacancy but maybe later" the supervisor reported,

"Please sir, If there Is any job vacancy here or In any other department, please let me know" Katy said,

"Did you wanted to switch over to another

department?" the supervisor asked,

"No sir, but my stepsister needs a job" Katy retorted,

"Can she work In the farm?" The supervisor asked,

"I don't think so because she was a high school graduate, but I don't know maybe she can do the job" Katy explained,

"Okay, If there Is a job vacancy In another department, I will let you know" the supervisor said,

"Thanks" Katy said, and she walked In the kitchen, she changed her clothes to a dishwasher uniform, and she start her job,

A few hours later, the board of directors of the company came to the restaurant for Inspection because the restaurant was part of their Investments,

When the Leonard Rodman the general overseer of the multi company, and the CEO of the farm Investment,

Metty Rodman, the CEO of the supermarket and the restaurant,

Katy has never seen either of them, but she heard that they exist,

Metty Rodman was curious to enter Into the kitchen and check all the equipments maybe they function normal, and when the supervisor led her to the kitchen, Leonard followed and three of them entered Into the kitchen,

Metty Rodman was asking questions about the machine each one of them Is using In the kitchen,

When the ceo was asking questions, Katy was busy washing plates manually, and when Leonard sighted her and he called Metty attention to her, "see this girl washing manually" Leonard said, "do you think It's ideal to be washing manually?" he asked,

"we will come to that later" Metty Rodman said, and she continued with her discussions with the supervisor,

When Metty was done with the supervisor, she walked down to meet Katy and ask few questions from her, "how Is It convenient for you to be washing manually?" Metty asked,

"It's not all that easy, but I need to do It because It will keep the job going, and It will make things easy for us all In the kitchen, but If there Is a possibility of providing another dishwasher machine, It will make our job more easier and faster" Katy retorted,

"Your thought Is not bad, and I will see to your request" Metty said,

Leonard couldn't take off his eyes on Katy, and when she answered the question that Metty threw to her, the voice keeps ringing In his ear, and he keeps staring at her, and at last his eyes and Katy's eyes caught each other and Leonard smiles, and when they were done with the restaurant staff, and they left for another department,

Leonard couldn't stopped thinking about Katty, he has started Imagining that two of them stepped out together, and he has started seeing himself In a relationship with Katy, but time didn't permit him to talk to her,

After the working hours, Katy returned home, meanwhile, Anne and her mom were at home waiting for a positive response from Katy, but unfortunately, Katy came back with negative feedback, and Immediately she heard the negative explanations, she smiles and said, "don't worry, maybe she can check elsewhere for another job opportunity" Mrs Rudolf said, and she stood and walked Into the bedroom,
