The following day, Katy woke up early, carry out her normal daily routine In the house before she left for work, meanwhile Anne was on the bed snoring, and when she woke up, she realized that Katy has gone to work, and she called her on phone, "hello Anne" Katy responded, "I'm sorry I didn't wake you up before I left" she said,

"It's okay, mom said that you should start coming back home right now" Anne said,

"Why" Katy asked,

"I don't know" Anne retorted,

"But I did all the house chores, and I wash all the clothes In the laundry before I left home" Katy explained,

"Well, I don't think It's all about the house chores and the laundry, but you need to come on time" Anne said,

"Is our father alright?" Katy asked,

"There Is nothing wrong with father, just come" Anne said,and she ended up with the phone conversation,

Katy returned to her duty post while used plates and glass cups had piled up on the surface table, and she rapidly set some Inside the Industrial dishwasher machine, and she washed the remaining manually,

Katy went to meet the supervisor and she took permission from him, and when she was about going out, Leonard was driving Into the private parking lot In the restaurant, and he saw her with her handbag, and he stopped at the gate of the private parking lot, and he pressed down the windscreen of his car, and he said, "hi"

"Hi" Katy moves closer and she asked, "how may I help you sir?" Katy asked,

"Where are you going at this hour of the day?" Leonard asked,

"I had an urgent call from home" Katy retorted,

"Hope all Is well with your people at home?" Leonard asked,

"I don't know, I'm even scared" Katy said,

"Are you still coming back today?" Leonard asked,

"I hope to come back but I don't know what really happened" Katy said,

"Where Is your area?" Leonard asked,

"Tomboy crescent, lane six, number four" Katy said,

"Can you wait for me?" Leonard asked,

"Hope no problems sir?" Katy asked,

"No problem, hold this files for me, I will be back shortly" Leonard said, and he came down from the car, and he walked into the restaurant, and he had a discussion with the supervisor and the chief cook, and he returned to the car and he said, "come Inside the car, let me drop you at home" he said,

"Thank you, I can find my way home" Katy said,

"Okay, see you next time" Leonard said, and he collected his files and pressed up the car windscreen, but he waited for Katy to come out of the restaurant entrance before he drives out of the restaurant, while Katy crossed to the other side of the road, and he took a bus going to her area,

A few minutes later, Katy arrive home, and she gazed around maybe something bad happened, but she didn't see any sign of something bad,

Katy walked into the house where she met her stepmother and Anne, and she said, "you sent for me"

"Yeah, did you enjoying seeing your sister at home doing nothing?" Mrs Rudolf asked,

"No ma" Katy said,

"What's no ma, you like as she Is staying at home like a paradise dog" Mrs Rudolf said, "what do you think we can do?" she asked,

"I don't know right now but I can think of something positive" Katy retorted,

"Right now or later?" Mrs Rudolf asked,

" I will talk to someone, and I believe that I will get positive reply from him" Katy said,

"It's late to do that, I want you to quit your job for Anne!" Mrs Rudolf said,

"How can I quit my job when I haven't gotten another job?" Katy asked, "I can't quit my job for Anne, but I promised to talk to my boss" Katy said while tears dripping down her eyes,

"What did I heard you said?" Mrs Rudolf asked,

"Anne, get yourself dressed nicely, let her take you to her boss, Katy listen and listen good, tell your boss that Anne has come to replace you, and you must come back home on time, because you have a lot of work to do at home" Mrs Rudolf said,

Katy burst Into tears while Anne was dressing up to take up her job, she sat down quietly outside waiting for Anne while pool of tears dripping down from her eyes,

Katy regrets that she didn't take the CEO'S cellphones number maybe he could be of help to her, and she didn't know Metty's office,

Anne came out cute, she dressed nicely as her mom Instructed her, and she said, "let's go" Anne said,

"And If you messed up, consider yourself sleeping on the street" Mrs Rudolf said, "wipe your tears, and start smiling before you get to the restaurant before It will affect my daughter's employment, and If you let your swollen eyes affect my daughter's employment, I will throw you out of this house without having mercy on you" she said,

Katy and Anne headed to the bus station where they took a bus going to restaurant, and they drop Infront of the restaurant, and they walked Into the restaurant, and they walked Into the supervisor's office,

"You are back" the supervisor said,

"Yeah" Katy said while tears dripping down from her eyes,

The supervisor gave her handkerchief, and she wiped her tears, and he asked, "what happened to you?"

"Don't mind her she's just a drama queen, and she likes shedding tears" Anne said, and she smiles,

"I see" the supervisor said, "Katy, Is she telling the truth?" he asked,

"I brought her to replace me" Katy said,

"How do you mean?" the supervisor asked,

"I want her to replace me" Katy said,

"Can she do the job?" the supervisor asked,

"I don't know, but I believe that she can trying" Katy retorted,

"What's your name" the supervisor asked,

"Anne Rudolf" Anne retorted, and she smiles,

"Okay, take her to the kitchen and let's see what she can do"
