Aurora's POV

I could feel his eyes on me as we ate, but I didn’t find it awkward. Instead, I felt my cheeks burning. The way he stared at me was like I was the most precious thing in his eyes. There was this spark of warmth I always saw in his eyes whenever they interlocked, or perhaps I was just seeing things.
