Chapter Eighteen - Rain

The training started without me looking at Alex and he was aware of that. He did his best to try and console me, but I chose to give him a hard time.

“Love please talk to me.” I heard Alex say when he attempted to approach me again, but I started running on the oval.

Now you got the taste of your own medicine, I thought to myself and focused on running until I felt that someone was catching up on me.

“Being an ass does not suit you, Kyrie.” I heard an irritating tone and just remembered that Giovanni was also training here.

Giovanni's presence didn't bother me much since I was focused on my own thing to get back to Alex for what he did.

I tried running faster to get away from him, but he always found a way to keep up and annoy me. I didn’t want to waste too much energy on him so I stopped running to get some water.

For some reason, he did the same, which almost boiled my blood. Why is he always trying so hard to get me to notice him?

Was this intentional to bother me?
