I darted my eyes in the direction of my phone, and somehow, I hated the fact that I was waiting for his message, a call at least! Well, how would he even be able to reach me when I have blocked all of his numbers?

I heaved an exasperated sigh, hitting myself on the head slowly. “What is wrong with you Junia, you should be happy that everything is falling into place. You don’t have to bother yourself about Ethan any longer! This is what you wanted and you have gotten it” I muttered to myself.

The makeup artist who was working on my face smiled. “You have such a beautiful face ma’am. It is such an honor working for you”

A faint smile slipped through my face. “Yeah, I guess that you are new here” I fixed my gaze on her.

She bobbed her head ecstatically. “I am new here……”

I smiled, before darting my eyes back to my phone. All of a sudden, my heart almost leaped for joy as soon as my eyes fell on my phone.
