Staring at Michaela, the way she smiled, the way her eyes lit up brightly, the only thing that I was filled with was nothing but hatred for her.

There was just something about her that pisses me off. Not only was she evil but she was a total pretender and one of the greatest manipulators that I have ever encountered.

The same lady who claimed that she would take over the company from Ethan was the same person who was acting like she cared about him, offering him an herbal tea.

Michaela poured the tea into a cup, handing it to Ethan. “This would relieve you of your pain”
