Alpha Kane's POV

The Elders have requested a meeting with me and I can't help but wonder what was going on. The Elders bunch are one big nosy old people. Always trying to get into my business and sometimes they don't even know their places.

I was summoned to the Council room. Alaric told me the Elder's council wanted to see me in the meeting room. The Elders are always so inquisitive and act like I do not have the pack's interest in mind.

When I became the Alpha of this Pack, the Nightwolf Pack, it was a small pack in comparison to the Shadow Pack. It was easily raided by Rogues because of its dense population as well. The Alpha and his son were killed during a Rogue attack. Thanks to Richards' wisdom and ways I became the Alpha of this Pack. It wasn't an easy task for a Beta's son to become the Alpha but I was next in line after the Alpha and his son died. I made Alaric my Beta because we share the same dreams and goals.
