Chapter 117

Richard's POV

The sun was setting as I drove through the narrow streets of Dorset. Ever since Alpha Kane called me about Alexis's disappearance I have been searching for both her and Alex. Everything pointed to Alex and there was no denying the fact that Alex orchestrated the whole thing. A guard from Alpha Kane's pack who was seen knocking his personal guards out was later taken but he didn't give names about who sent him.

I’d been searching for Alex for days, following every lead provided by Alpha Kane's agent. Now, finally, I had him. The agent had confirmed he was in a small, run-down hotel on the outskirts of the town. Dorset was far enough from the Shadow Pack’s reach that he probably thought he was safe but Alex should have known better than to think he could hide from me.
