Seventy-first Chapter

I laid down in my bedroom, my back upright against two pillows positioned in between me and the bedhead. My phone in my hands, I scrolled through Instagram, waiting until my doctor’s promised visit. I couldn't wait to get the white crap around my head removed. With it on, David refused to go more than a few deep kisses and with Rain gone, it was either him or nothing.

Just then, a horrific picture came into my sight. It wasn't a picture of an injured puppy, or a dying child. It was a picture of Rain and Katy, and everything about the picture was to me, just as horrific as the things earlier mentioned. My eyes scanned every inch of the Instagram photo. The more I looked, the angrier I got but I just couldn't tear my eyes away.

He had his hand around her waist with a wide smile on his face. I scrutinized his smile for a difference, if he smiled wider or if he looked happier. In my head, he smiled too wide for someone who was faking every action he performed around
