GAVIN'S POV

WHERE'S THE WITCH?

I dropped the kids off at my mother’s place, the familiar rhythm of their chatter and laughter a comforting backdrop to the early morning routine.

Although, Logan didn't seem to be himself before I left. The dreams he has been having was probably making him all moody and scared.

He had told me to come back once I was done in the office. I guess the little boy was also scared that the witch will harm me like he had seen in his dreams.

I assured him that I would come back and I also made him promise to to tell my mother about the dreams. I didn't want her to worry.

After making sure they were settled and waving goodbye, I headed to the office, my mind already busy with the day’s agenda.
