Rachel came to me and hugged me. Her body was shaking as if she was sad. Violet's words must have hurt her so much.

“I do not want such arguments in this house,” I started off.

Looking at Violet who rolled her eyes showing that she never cared. She had her boxes with her already. Was that how eager she was ready to leave? She didn't even plead for me to hear her out.
