Chapter 4

Lois was expecting to see Leo, instead she was standing face to face with Leo's younger brother Noah. She was confused, was he the one that dropped the letter on her bed. "Hmmm hello." Lois managed to utter some words. 

"Ahh, my lovely sister in law. I believe we haven't fully introduced ourselves to each other. I'm Noah, Leo's younger brother and your only brother in law" Noah said with an innocent smile on his face. Lois smiled back, feeling a bit relieved. 

"Hello Noah, it's finally nice to talk to you." Lois said smiling, Noah got up from where he was sitting and started to move towards Lois. Lois, who wasn't expecting anything, was shocked when Noah grabbed her by the neck, choking her. 

Lois looked up to see that the lovely innocent smile she saw was gone, it was replaced with a demonic look that made her shiver. "I don't know what brothel my brother pulled a slut like you out of but I'm going to make sure that I send you back." Noah said, tightening his grip on Lois' neck.

Lois struggled to get herself free from him, Noah let go but he blocked the entrance. Lois was cornered like a prey. "You really thought that I don't know what games you and my brother are playing. He is using you to get his hands on the property, maybe you won't admit it but I know that's what you are doing." Noah said, looking Lois straight into her eyes. 

Lois' thought ran wild, she didn't know what to do. "I don't know what you are talking about, please let me go." Lois said keeping her distance. Noah smirked as he walked close to her, Lois stepped back but he kept coming close to her. He pinned Lois to the wall and smiled, his smile looked so innocent but behind that innocent smile laid a demonic heart. 

"Look Lois, you're a beautiful creature. Maybe one of this days I will love to explore inside you." Noah whispered into Lois' ear. The words sent shivers down her spine. Noah released her, and started to walk out of the guest house.

"And oh, any word of this to anyone I will snap your neck." Noah said leaving the guest house. Lois sat on the floor, fear was the only emotion she felt. Tears fell from her eyes, this was the first time she actually felt this scared. Lois sat down to get herself together before she left the guest house.

Lois walked to her room, still scared after what happened. She walked in and went straight to the bathroom to clean herself up. "Who would have thought that there was someone like this in a house filled with nice people." Lois was still trying to process the whole Noah incident in her thoughts. 

She came out of the bathroom in a bathrobe, to her surprise Leo was on the bed going through his phone. "Leo? You're back." Lois said, dropping the towel she was using to dry her hair. 

"Yea, Diana said it isn't advisable for me to be out that late if I want to convince dad that I'm now married. So how did your day go?" Leo said, looking at Lois who was still in a bathrobe. 

Lois wanted to tell him about the Noah incident, but then remembered his warning. 

"It went well, I never knew living in a mansion could be this fun." Lois said, trying to smile. 

Leo was amused by the way she said it, he couldn't help but laugh a little. "I am glad you enjoyed it, now get dressed before you catch a cold." Leo said, pointing out that Lois was still wearing a bathrobe. 

Lois remembered then proceeded to change but the both of them were in the same room, it felt awkward for Lois she forgot that legally she was his wife for then. 

Lois loosened her robe's knot letting it fall to the ground, revealing her perfectly shaped body. Leo was dumbfounded, he knew she was beautiful but not to this extent. "Her body looks like it was moulded by the gods." Leo's thoughts were going wild. 

Lois had finished putting on her clothes, then she turned back to see Leo watching her. Lois' face turned red out of embarrassment, Leo quickly removed his face. The both of them were having an awkward moment. "Humm I'm sorry." Leo said, still facing down. 

"It's ok." Lois muttered looking at him, Leo raised up his head and stood up as he walked close to Lois. He pulled out something from his pocket, it was a necklace with a heart shaped pendant. He walked behind Lois and tried to put it on her. 

"Diana bought this for you, she said it matches your character and soul. You managed to win her heart, we never know you might actually win mine." Leo said as he put the necklace on Lois. 

Lois looked at the necklace, she touched it. She smiled, she decided to face Noah alone and not bother Leo with it. "Leo and Diana have done alot for me, I will have to repay them." Lois said in her thoughts. 

"Thank you." Lois said touching the necklace, Leo smiled then out of nowhere he gave her a kiss on her forehead, making Lois feel flustered again. Leo went downstairs, Lois got ready for bed she had a long and terrible day.

Lois woke up screaming, she kept having nightmares. Leo woke up and turned on the lights. "Are you ok?" Leo asked as he looked at Lois whose heart was beating rapidly. Leo brought a glass of water from the table close to the bed. 

"Here drink." Leo said as he gave her water, Lois drank the water and apologised to Leo for waking him. Lois laid down again but had a hard time falling asleep. Leo pulled her closer to him to comfort her, Lois was surprised but felt safe close to him she fell asleep and didn't have nightmares again.

Lois opened her eyes to see Leo, still sleeping she smiled a bit. "At first I thought you were a harsh man, who wanted things to go your way. But I was wrong, you are kind once again I thank you." Lois said quietly. Lois gave Leo a peck on his forehead, she then got out of bed to get ready for breakfast. 

Lois headed down for breakfast, she spotted Malia and Eric reading a book. "Good morning father." Lois said when she approached the two. Malia got up immediately to go hug her sister. 

"Ahh, Lois darling, how are you doing? Hope you slept well?" Eric said getting up, Lois nodded. He smiled as he left the way to the dining table. "Malia is a smart girl, I was thinking of enrolling her to one of the prestigious schools here in Miami." Eric said, looking at Malia. 

Lois was happy that Eric accepted Malia, "That would be lovely, thank you father." Lois said looking at the old man who played with her sister, Eric smiled as he and Malia held hands.

"Now, let's go grab breakfast before it goes cold." Eric said as they went to the table. The three of them sat and waited for the others to come down.

Leo was the first to come down, he had a smile on his face, "Morning Father, hello Malia." Leo said as he sat down next to Lois. Eric nodded, "Morning." Was all Malia could say as before, stuffing her face with bread. 

"Morning Lois." Leo said as he grabbed a plate from the table, Lois replied with a simple good morning. They were eating already but one person hadn't come in. 

"Ahh, sorry I'm late everyone I overslept." Noah said coming from behind, immediately Lois heard his voice she turned pale. She lost her appetite, it was like a plague had come on the table. 

"Morning Lois." Noah said with a smile looking at Lois, Lois could hardly mutter a word. She wondered how a face so innocent could turn out to be a heartless beast. Noah looked so innocent like he had done nothing to Lois the day before. 

Leo noticed that Lois wasn't eating, "What's wrong?" Leo asked, holding Lois' hand, Lois snapped out of the nightmare she was having and continued eating but she could hardly enjoy the meal. 

As the family ate their food, they could hear shouts coming from the front of the house. "Let me go immediately you scumbags." A voice said from the entrance. It was a lady who had a bag and looked like a model. 

"What are you doing here?" Leo asked with a little anger growing within him, as he stood up from the dining table. Lois was confused, everyone looked like they knew who she was. The woman smiled looking at Leo. 

"I have come with good news Leo, well you might not like it. But it remains true, I'm pregnant." The lady said with seriousness in her voice . 

"You're pregnant?"
