Chapter 1

 Lois walked into Luke's bedroom and found him in bed with another woman. "Luke?" Lois called out to be sure. Luke got up from the bed looking at his girlfriend face to face with no clothing on. 

"Lois, baby I can explain. She's a friend of mine and we weren't doing anything." Luke said, trying to convince Lois. 

Lois's heart shattered, she turned and ran out of the house crying. "Lois Lois Lois!!!!" Luke called but there was no response. 

Lois kept running as tears dropped from her eyes. She left the house, ignoring her boyfriend's calls. It was the third time that day she had been hurt. 

As she walked, she found herself in front of a bar. Deciding to drown her sorrows in a little bit of alcohol, she went in and decided to order a drink. She called the waiter.

"What can I get you?" The waiter asked with an order book in his hands, he looked at Lois from head to toes. She looked quite miserable to him, but nevertheless his job was to take orders and not interfere with the customers' orders. 

 "Can I get 2 shots of your best vodka?" Lois said with her voice all cracked from crying. The waiter nodded and went to grab her order, He brought the shots and left Lois. 

As Lois drank, she looked over to the other table and she could see a man and woman talking. "I better mind my own business, besides I had my own problems." Lois said as she took another sip from her drink. 

"I don't actually know what to do anymore Diana, My father will eventually hand the company over to Noah." Leo said as clenched his fist. 

"There is only one option Leo. If you want your father to believe you are responsible, you have to show him, and the only way is to get married." Diana said looking at her friend. 

"Diana, the last thing I want is to be tied down by the responsibilities of marriage. I don't like it. " Leo said with a frown on his face.

"Hmmm,I'm not telling you to be tied down, what if you and the lady made an agreement? Like a contract that way the both of you gain." Diana said as she looked at Leo. 

Leo stroked his chin, it wasn't a bad idea but there was still one problem, and it was finding a girl willing to marry him for a short period of time.

The waiter had gone to Lois's table to take the bill, "Miss that would be fifty dollars." He said looking at a gloomy Lois.

Lois dipped her hands into her pocket to bring out the money, but there was nothing there. "Hmmm, I can't find it. Let me check my purse." Lois said as she searched her purse.

The waiter was starting to get irritated when Lois couldn't provide the money, "You're going to have to speak with our manager, both of you will sort it out." The waiter said as he left angrily. He came back with the manager who didn't look like he had time to reason.

"Hey Bitch! if you didn't have money why did you come in here to drink anyway. Well if you can't pay with money your body looks nice." The bar manager said as he pulled Lois off her table, harassing her. This caught the attention of everyone in the bar, but no one paid attention to them. They managed to get Leo's attention.

"Let go of me please." Lois said as she tried to pull her hands out of the manager's grip. But he wasn't letting go, he started pulling her into his office. The scene began to irritate Leo, he stood up from where he was sitting and walked over to the manager's office. 

Inside, the manager had already thrown Lois over to his desk, unzipping his pants he was about to violate Lois. "What the hell do you want? Can't you see that I'm currently busy?" The manager said as he looked at Leo with a stern face. 

Leo's eyes met with Lois, she was scared her body was shaking uncontrollably, the only words her mouth could say were, "Help me." Leo walked to the manager, he looked him in the eye and smiled. 

"Well, I must say what did she do that makes her deserve this punishment? Even if she stole from you I doubt that she deserves this amount of pain." Leo said as kept looking at Lois. 

"Well if you must know, this whore drank in my bar and she doesn't have enough money to pay the bill." The manager said with a stern face, he was annoyed that his fun was ruined. 

"Hmm, how much is she owing you?" Leo asked with a serious look. The manager flinched on hearing those words, he wondered if Leo was drunk. He wanted Leo to leave so he could do what he wanted. 

"Hey look here boy, you're drunk so don't you run along now before I call the cops on you." The manager said with a weird smile on his face. Leo was enraged, it was like a switch was flipped in his brain. 

"I ASKED YOU HOW SHE WAS OWING, WELL SINCE YOU WANT TO GET THE COPS INVOLVED I WILL SEE TO IT THAT YOU ROT IN JAIL!!!" Leo said with a rage covered voice. 

The manager flinched, his hands were sweating. He wondered who Leo was to yell at him. He looked at Leo's eyes and saw that he meant business. "She's owing us fifty dollars." The manager said in a calm tone. 

Leo dipped his hands into pocket and pulled out a hundred dollar note. He gave it to the manager. The manager took the money without hesitation, he was still stunned that Leo paid for the drinks.

Leo walked over to the table and helped Lois up, and both of them left the office. The manager had torn Lois's clothes so Leo gave her his suit. They went over to where Diana was sitting. "Woah this is the actual first time I'm seeing you help someone that isn't me." Diana said looking at her friend with amusement in her eyes. 

"Well no matter what she did, that is no way to treat a lady." Leo said as he sat down to finish his drink. "Diana, I will be taking my leave now. Take care of yourself, miss." Leo said as he left the bar. 

Diana waved her friend goodbye, she looked at Lois and noticed her face looked like she had been through a series of pain. "Now dear, what's a beautiful lady like you doing in a bar alone? I suppose you should have a boyfriend." Diana said, looking at Lois. 

Lois slowly started telling her everything from the way she was fired earlier that day to how she caught Luke in bed with another woman. 

"So you see I'm in need of money or I'm going to lose everything I have, my house and my sister. Everything's just falling apart." Lois said, nearly crying. 

Diana patted her back, she felt pity for Lois. "Don't worry, dear. After every storm there is a rainbow, now go home there is a little girl waiting for her sister." Diana said as she tried to make Lois feel better. 

Lois got up and was about to leave, Diana dipped her hands into her pocket and she brought out a card and a hundred dollar bill. "Here, I want you to call me tomorrow. I think I know something that can help you." Diana said with a smile. 

"Thank you Ma'am, you and your friend have helped me alot. I will be sure to call you." Lois said as she started to leave the bar. 

Diana picked up her phone and dialled Leo's number. "Hello Leo, I think I have found your contract wife." Diana said as she smiled.
