CHAPTER 3

KEITH held his head. ‘Fuck, that brat!’. I was having a beautiful dream, when that brat just rushed to my room. Tsk. So I did my morning rituals, after taking a bath I checked my phone.

'Gang Fight 8 pm sharp. *toot* building.’

Why do these people always want a gang fight when they can't even win over us? But, it's better than nothing'. So I texted my gangmates.

When I arrive at the school's parking lot, I park my car in my parking space. I can feel someone watching me, Nothing new. I went out then closed my car, I felt something was gonna hit me so I duck. 

Kaya ayun dumiretso siya sa kotse ko, agad kong pinilipit ang kamay niya idiniin sa kotse ko.

"A-Argh!.” He groaned.

Nakitang kong nag-silabasan naman ang kasama nito, may dala silang baseball bat, kutsilyo at tubo. Tsk! Cowards.

I pushed the man I've holding towards them, pero mukhang nagpalakas yata ang pagkakatulak ko kaya ayun nangudngud yung mukha niya sa cemento.

I just stare at them coldly, I can see fear in their eyes. But still, they have the guts to attack me.

"You!.” Galit na sigaw nito sakin ng maka-tayo. "Attack him!." Pag-sigaw niya.

Sabay-sabay namang sumugod sakin ang mga kasama nito. Atras lang ako ng atras, akmang hahampasin ako sa likuran ng tubo kaya agad akong umikot paharap sa kanya at sinipa siya. Agad naman siyang natumba, naramdaman kong may hahampas sakin sa gilid ko kaya agad ko ito sinangga. Sinuntok ko naman siya napahawak naman siya sa ilong niya at napa-atras.

"You son of a bitch!.” Namumula na ang mukha nung leader nila, I just smirked at him. I gave the last two of his member a tornado kick.

Pinagpagan ko ang damit ko at naka-pamulsang humarap sa kanya. I took a step forward, I saw how he step backward. I stop a meter away from him, and stare at him coldly.

"Tsk!." I said.

I turned my back to him, hindi pa man ako nakaka layo . He tried to stab me, but my reflexes were faster than him. I kicked him. I look at my watch. 15 minutes have already been wasted, tsk!. I went to the elevator. I really don't like being late when it comes to my meetings. I called my butler to clean the mess in the parking lot.

"Good day young master, how can I help you?." He asks with full of respect. He's not really my butler, but more like an assistant.

"Clean the mess in the parking area.” I said then hang up. Sakto namang pag bukas ng elevator.

I pressed ‘The Dean's office’. I look at my phone when it beeps. I saw Blaze's message,

'Hey! Dude where are you? Faster, we can't start without our president.’

I didn't mind replying. I slid my phone on my pocket, sakto namang pagka-bukas ng pinto. Nang mag-angat ako nang tingin, I was about to go out, but I feel like everything went slow. Feeling ko huminto ang ikot ng mundo, she's so beautiful. But, what catches my attention is when she looks directly into my eyes, the way she looks at me is so cold. So, I stared back coldly, but she just ignored me. 

I can feel something flying on my stomach. I don't know but I can't move my feet to go out. Instead I found myself staying. I can't remove my eyes on her. Nang bumukas ang elevator napatitig akon sa likuran niya na papalayo ng naglalakad. I sighed.

"Tsk.” Napailing nalang ako. This is not me. When the door closed, I stood straight. I tried to remove that girl from my mind, I need to focus on our mission. When I arrived, I kicked the door open. Josh even fell of his chair.

"What the! Bro, don't you know how to knock?!.” He said. At, tiningnan ako ng masama.  I just look at him blankly.

"Sabi ko nga tatahimik na." He said.

"HAHAH he's like Naiarah.” Xander said then smile like he remembered someone.

Naiarah? Who the hell is that?. Kumunot ang nuo ko sa sinabi niya. Mukhang nakita naman nila ang reaksyon ko.

"She's the girl who came here, for her schedule a while ago. She didn't also knock like you and she's so cold.” Then, Grizelda acts like shivering.

Naupo na ako at tiningnan ang mga bagong schedule namin. But what catches my attention is what, she just said. A cold girl. Is that, the girl in the elevator?.

"What's her name again?.” I ask them.

"Naiarah." Oliver said plainly while looking at me.

"Naiarah?." I ask for her surname.

"Naiarah?." Pabalik na tanong ni Andrea at Grizielda

"What's about Naiarah?." Josh, and James ask.

"What's her name?." I ask again.

"Naiarah, nga kase ba't ba di ka naniniwala." Iritang sabi ni Andrea.

I just look at them coldly. Her childish brain really is pissing me. Nang mapalingon naman ako kina Josh at James, just to see them biting their lips to prevent them from laughing.

"Go on laugh-" Ayun tawa ng tawa sila.

“HAHAHA.” Tawa ni Josh, sabay hampas kay James na tumatawa rin.

"Laugh and I'll kill you." I smirked at them, natigil naman sila sa pag tawa. 

"Naiarah Montmeyer." Oliver said.

Wala talaga akong makausap ng matino dito.

"Let's start our discussion." Kaya nagsi-upo na sila at sinimulan na ni Xander na ang agenda namin.

"This is our last year here.” I said.

"What?." Sabay sabay naman silang napalingon sakin, I sighed.

"Father called last night, he said this is our last year and last chance. If we can't find the princess, the throne will be given to her uncle." I said.

"And, we can't let that happen." Walang emosyon, na saad ni Oliver.

"But, what if the princess really is dead?." Xander asks.

We all fell silent for several minutes. That's not impossible, for 16 yrs no one had ever seen her. She could be dead right now or, Tsk! I don't know.

'But the Moon Goddess won't send us here, if she is dead.' I said in my mind, but I know, they heard it 'cause I wanted them to hear it.

Tumango-tango naman ang mga kasama ko. Marami pa kaming pinagusapan tungkol sa mga kailangan naming gawin. Lalo na sa gampanin namin sa school. Kaya ng tumunog ang telepono ko.

"Meeting adjourned." I said, then left them.

But, the boys followed me. I'm hungry and I need to eat. So I walked to the cafeteria without taking a glance with the girls screaming my name. When we arrived at the cafeteria the girls started screaming our name.

Tsk! I really hate noisy people. I walk towards the table we usually use, then sit there. Josh and James went to the counter to order our food, then Oliver sat in front of me. Kahit kailan hindi ko yata nakitang wala tong dalang libro, he never goes anywhere without it.

I closed my eyes for a moment, nang biglang pumasok sa isipan ko ang mukha ng babae kanina.

"Shit." I saw Oliver look at me. Naka-kunot ang noo, mukhang narinig ang pagmumura ko. I shook my head, he just shrugged. That girl really is getting on my nerves. When I close my eyes again, her face pops up again.
