Tephanie stared in disbelief at the twelve pair of eyes staring at her. She would never have thought that breeds like hers would exist in this lifetime. It had been a hard pill to swallow for her, when she found out she wasn't human. It was harder when none of her family members appears to be different.

She had been scared Collin might have an intention to harm her, however the wolf within her somehow trusted him in a way she couldn't explain. Finding herself in the midst of the family she had thought were only humans had her head spinning.

"What is going on here, Collin?" Charlie rebuked, looking displeased. He wasn't expecting his son to act so unreasonable and exposing them all to a stranger. Even though she might be Seth's mate.

Ester waved a hand at him, "you know he wouldn't do anything without reason."
