67 - The Flame

As Fang wore the gloves, Delilah watched as his biceps flexed smoothly and couldn’t hide her desire. Something flickered over her eyes, but it was gone the minute Fang motioned to hand her a punch.

She dodged his hit, swaying with her speed while she fumed in anger from everything that has been happening so far.

“Do you miss him that much?” Fang asked.

“And, why should I tell the enemy side of the palace?”

She snorted in reply, aiming to kick him. He held her legs, twisting her off balance but she landed in agility on a leg and hand spread across the floor.

“I’m not the enemy, Princess. I only follow orders.”

She smirked in distaste. “People who do that are ball-less, they never have a mind of their own till the end. Is that what you are? Cause I sense some kind of secret from you.”

“Stop imagining things.” he stated. “I’m an open book, I keep no secrets from my masters.”
