With Maya, it was like my darkness made exceptions for her. It scared me whenever she looked at me like this. Just the way she made it seem like there was hope for me.

“I have to go little lamb. You won’t like what I’ll do next if I don’t.”

Maya did as I said, rolling over. I thought she gave up until she drunkenly stood up and commenced jumping on the mattress. “I will let you go if you jump with me!”

Her hands stretched to mine. “What are you doing? Your boots are still on—”

“Who cares about the rules? They’re made to be broken, common!” She didn’t even let me decide, as she took my hands. For the sake of peace, I got on the bed with her, making light jump steps.

“You’re so boring, it’s not like that.” she said, lifting herself even higher.

Her raven hair spilled in the air as she moved confidently, while her cleavage spilled from her dress material. My eyes dilated, feeling a sudden rush of emotions. Breeze swooned in the minute I followed her pace of the fluffy mattress.
