There was no grand display of delight over my return. The gated community—my pack still seemed the same. No one even batted an eyelash toward the moving cars.

The cars rolled into the biggest mansion’s driveway after the silver iron gates were opened. I glanced over my shoulder and saw the gates closing after all the cars had passed through. No one was supposed to enter or leave those gates without Alpha King’s permission.

I, for some specific reasons, never got that permission when I stayed here.
