Injured

David is looking at the two dead-shifted warriors with satisfaction. A month ago these two warriors used to work for him, now they are working against him.

"You said three warriors came following Joshua. Where is the other body?" he asked his human assistant, who is a skinny guy wearing large thick round glasses which are bigger than his face. His name is Samuel. He is the person who handles the wolfsbane as David cannot do that and so does Joshua.

Samuel adjusted his glasses before replying.

"He escaped. Our men have gone after him. He is badly injured. I am sure he wouldn't have gone far. He will be caught soon" he replied confidently.

David nodded with approval. Sometimes he feels like his assistant is much more capable than the Nightwalker pack Alpha who didn't even realise that he was being followed by Carter's men.
