The next few days are spent in peace. The world remains dark but playing with Celia and sitting at the table with the two brothers and Noelle for three meals makes it a little less lonely.

During the day, I am fine. But when the supposed night falls and everyone retires to their room, the need to see Aleister strengthens.

It becomes impossible to sleep without thinking about him, or wondering how he must be faring in the aftermath of his actions.
