Tyler's pov;

I had been looking for Lucy everywhere, for days now. I had checked her usual spots, called her friends and scoured the city. But I couldn't find her. I asked the private investigator who I asked to find Lucy to see if he had any leads. He told me he was still looking for her too, but had no luck so far. I thanked him and decided to go back into the city to look again. I drove around town from sunrise to sunset, checking everywhere I could think of that she might have gone - parks, restaurants, the bridge, her old job - but it was always the same: no sign of Lucy.

My search finally led me to a small cafe in a secluded part of town that neither of us had ever been before. A waitress there said she remembered seeing someone matching Lucy's description a few days ago with another woman. Maybe it's Mrs Smith whom she always talks about.
