In spite of all the humiliation, I still found myself ranting at him.

"Why do you always keep pushing me away? I know the reality of our relationship and I am very well aware that we are going to change paths after 1 year. Until then, if you need it, you can at least share with me what's bothering you. Anyway, I am going to forget everything about you after this year ends. You need not worry about that," I said.
