This is really starting to get old. My shoulder feels stiff and I groan as my body protests my movements. I open and eye and thankfully the lights are off, meaning it’s the middle of the night. I look around and see Luca and Chris standing guard at the door, but no Aspen.
‘Terra?’
‘We’ll be fine. Thankfully the silver bullet was removed.’
‘Are you okay?’
‘A bit drained, but I’ll be fine as well. You may have been asleep for about a week though, I needed to build up my strength.’
‘A week?’
‘On the bright side, we can shift again.’
Well that is a plus. I am glad Terra has fully healed that we can shift again.
“Maliyah, you’re awake,” says Luca as he comes into the room, followed by Chris.

MaliyahIt has been about two months since the funeral and nothing has happened. School has resumed as normal and everyone acts as if the attacks never happened. I stopped receiving flowers or any threats of any kind. I highly doubt whoever this person is just gave up.
