When I awaken, I find that it is dusk and the fireflies have begun to dance among the flowers. I look up and see Aspen staring me with nothing but pure love in his eyes. He sits us up and brushes a piece of hair out of my face. Just when I think he is going to kiss me he pulls away, leaving me a bit confused.

“Did I do something wrong?”

“You have done absolutely nothing wrong Maliyah.”

“Then what’s wrong?”
