𝙹𝚊𝚗𝚒𝚜'𝚜 𝙿𝚘𝚟

Its been 4 days. I have to give Benette an answer. But  I can't leave my mom alone.

I need money too.

I gripped my hair in frustration. I rolled around my bed and soon I fell off it.

"Ow!" I think I broke my butt.

"Janis! Are you alright dear?" My mom yelled from downstairs.

"Yes mom!" I said.

My butt hurts so bad.

"My poor butt" I said rubbing it.

"Dear! Dinner is ready!" My mom said

"Coming" I said and run downstairs.

I was on last stair and I fell.

"Ow!!" I yelped

"Janis!"Mom exclaimed.

"Mom I'm okay" I said and my mom shook head.

"At least you fell from last stair" My mom mumbled.

"Mom!" I exclaimed.

"What? You are clumsy but not like before" She said

"I get it" I said.

"But mom thses embarrassing people genes came from you" I said and she slapped upside down of my head.

"Quit! Now eat dinner" she said and I sat on table.

We started to eat and she broke the silence.

"I have to go to your grandma for 2 months" she said and I choked on my good.

"Really!?" I said a little happy and little scare.

"I want you to come too" she said and I made a disgusted face.

Hold up!

I'm not disgusted due to my grandparents but due to my nasty flirt ass cousin.

"Mom I have to tell you something" I said and her eyes widen

"You are preganant!! You imbecile!" she shrieks

"What! No! Mom!" I yelled.

"Then what!" She said

"I got a job as a personal doctor for person uncle Sam was tolding me. He is CEO friend and he need medical treatment ASAP" I said and she nodded.

"Then say yes who's stopping you" She said and I was happy.

I dont know, mixed feeling.

"Janis you are now capable of making on decisions, heck you are making you decisions since 15. So don't worry about me and go get the job, I'm going to grandma house anyways so" She said sipping water.

"Okay!" I said and jumped up to hug her.

"I have to leave tomorrow kindly help me pack" She said and I nodded.

After washing our dishes, we went to help her pack.

"Mom give me time and I will be ready" I said

"I will go bye taxi you have work" she said and I shook my head.

"I will and thats final." I said and she sighed.

"9:00 clock" she said and I nodded.

"Okay good night mom" I kissed her cheek and went to my room.

I set the alarm of 8:30.

"Let's watch a few episodes of bridgeton" I said and starts to watch.

After some episodes I saw the time.

"Shit! Its 1" I whispered-yelled.

I stopped watching anime, set my bed.

I lay down and I fell asleep.

Beep! Beep! Beep!

I groaned and turn off my alarm. I stood up from bed after stretching like a cat.

I went to bathroom, did my routine and took a shower.

I didnt wash my hair, I have already washed them at night.

I went it my closet and wore a grey sweater tucked in my black skinny jeans.



I bind my hair in to pony tail. I grabbed my bag and all essential things.

I grabbed car key and phone, and went  downstairs to see my mom making breakfast.

"Good morning mom" I said and she said morning back.

"Here" she passed me pancakes.

"Yummy!" I said and she smiled.

We ate and washed our dishes. I grabbed my mom suitcases and bag and dropped them in the back of my truck.

"let's go mom" I said and suddenly stubbed my toe at the pillar.

"Ow!!" I said and my mom laughed.

"You need to have bubble wrap around you" She was still laughing.

"Mom! Its not funny" I whined.

"Let's go" she said kissing my cheeks.

I give her a grin.

We sat in  and I start to drive.

I connect Bluetooth of car with my phone.

I played Say you won't let go by James Arthur.

"Say you wont let go" I sang with the song.

"Your voice got more beautiful, Janis" she said smiling.

"Thanks mom. I used to have singing classes remember when you caught me taking them.

I put all the blame on dad and he took it very calmy" i said laughing remembering the memories.

"Yes I remember" she said smiling.

We miss dad. Its been 7 years since my dad died.

Its 8 hour drive to my grandmother house. She lives in a town.

The songs were playing. The memories were recalling.

"Yes! When you did make up on his face!" My mom was laughing hysterically.

"Mom! Josh was flirting with me so I took revenge!" I said laughing.

"I can't forget he roamed whole city in his panda make up!" She said chuckling.

After 4 hours

We just entered the town. Just 30 more.

We have to go few more turns and then my grandparents house.

"Mom if he tried anything funny. I will slap him hard" I said and my mom nod.

"He will not do anything I hope" she said.

We reached our destination. I hoped out of car.

"Jan! My child" my grandmother cane to hug me.

"Hey oldie" I said and she pinched my cheek.

"Same as before" she said smiling.

"Andrea" My grandmother hugged my mom

"Mom" She greeted back.

"Come in" Grandmother said.

"I will for a little , I have to go back" I said and she nodded.

We went in and chatted for little.

"Jan!" Josh said smirking.

"Hello bro" I said and his smirk fell.

"Bro?" He said and I nodded.

"Mom I have to go now i will be late" I said and kissed my mom and grandmother.

"Bye! Oldies!" I said

"Hey!!" They both said in

unsion.

I laughed and went to my car. I was going then someone grabbed my wrist.

I knew it was josh.

"Let me go" I said jerking my hand.

"Listen and listen carefully. I told you my fucking answer and you tried to assault me when we were 20. So FUCKING DONT TOUCH ME!" I yelled.

He let go my wrist. He looked guilty.

"Im guilty you know it" he said.

"You should be" I said pointing finger at him.

I sat in my car and drove away.

I called Bennette.

"Hello its kartz speaking"

"Hey its me Benette" I said

"Oh hey Janis, what's up" he said.

"Right now is sky I don't know about future" I said cringing at my stupid joke.

"Great!" He laughed.

"So where can I meet you?" I said

"Lia café" he said.

"Okay meet you at four" I said

"Okay" he said and hung up.

I played Savage love by Jason derulo and BTS.

"Savage love did somebody did somebody break your heart" I sang

"Savage love" I sang and did the step.

After some hours.

Im fucking tired. I have been driving for 4 hours and now I have reached Lia café.

I parked my Car and hopped out of it.

I made my way in, smell of coffee calm me.

"Mr kartz is waiting for you" I jumped when somebody said behind.

"You scared me" I clutching my chest.

"Sorry miss" she said

"Its okay" I said and went to the booth.

I entered and saw benette sitting with beautiful girl with black hair and hazel eyes.

"Hello Janis " he said and the girl smiled.

"Hi" I said and sat down.

"Its my wife Olivia, Olivia this is doctor Janis" he introduce us.

"Call me Lia" she said and smiled.

"Nice to meet you Lia" I said and shook her hand.

"So I'm in for the job, Benette" I said and he smiled widely.

"Thank god I though you would reject it" he said and Olivia smiled.

"I can live in your house or apartment, because my mom will be away for two months" I said and so waiter came to gave us the food.

"To tell you I'm whipped for cake of this café" I said and Olivia exclaimed.

"Really!?" She said and I nodded confused.

"Its my recipe" she said laughing joyfully.

Olivia! Lia café!

"This is your cafe!" I exclaimed shocked.

"Yes" she nodded

"I'm telling you its my favorite place now" I said and she smiled.

"So you have to move tommorow. We don't want to wait long" Benette said.

"Okay tomorrow at 12" I said and he nodded.

"I hope you can treat my brother" Olivia said her voice lacing sadness.

"Don't worry I will try my best" I said

We chatted for a bit. I saw the time.

"I have to go and pack my things" I said

"No please stay for little more, after all these days I got a female company" Olivia said.

"Let meet tomorrow Lia" I said

We walked to exit and suddenly my elbow clashed with wooden door.

"Ouch!" I winced due to electric current passing my elbow.

"What happened?" Olivia said worried.

"Just I hit my elbow accidentally on door" I said and she made a pained face.

"Its hurts, especially on elbow" she said and I nodded.

"Okay bye guys, see you tommorow" I said and went to my truck.

"Its your truck!" Olivia exclaimed.

"Yes it is" I said and she laughed.

"Same as him" she said to Benette and he nodded too.

"What?"I said confused.

"Nothing" she replied.

"Okay bye" I said and drove away.

Everybody got their answer. Josh and now benette.
