Chapter 1: Help

Janis's Pov

I was currently running from one ward to another, different patients different treatments.

I'm a doctor specialist, the general surgeon you can say.

"If he feels any pain give him the painkiller," I said and the nurse nodded. This boy had a fractured leg. 

I was going to my office and entered and sat on my chair. 

Soon there was a knock at my office door. 

"Come in," I said and the nurse came told me that a patient is waiting outside. 

"Please ask her to come nurse Siana," I said 

"Ok Dr. Janis" she said. 

"Hello Dr. Janis." The patient said. 

The patient is a woman. 

"Hello Mam. Please take a seat" I said 

She took a seat and I asked her problem. 

"I have Second stage Tumor and I'm scare. Please help me. I have a son and I don't want to leave him alone" she said tears in her eyes. 

"Relax, lets do your blood. I will write the test down" I said and she nodded. 

She took the paper with test written down. 

"Nurse Siana. " I called out to nurse. 

"Yes Dr. Janis." Nurse Siana asked. 

"Please run the test of the patient who just came in" I said and she nodded. 

For doctors the life of patients value more that anything in the world.

I stood up and made my to other wards to check other patients. 

I went into ward. Checked my patient some needed medicine, some needed comfort. 

I exited the wards. Soon a child not more than 9 or 10 years old come running towards me.

"Doctor how is my mom doing?" He was scared I can see it in his eyes.

I smiled and he looked a little bit relieved.

"Your mom?" I said confused and he looked like he about to cry. 

"Mike!" The women said. 

"Mommy!." The boy named Mike yelled and hugged his mom. 

"Doctor what happened to my mom?" He asked me.

"She is just a little bit ill"I said and he looked so sad. 

I felt my heart breaking.

"So my mum is gonna be okay? Right? " He said 

"Yes your mum will be okay" I said soon an older boy came. 

"How are you mom?" The older boy around my age said hugging the woman. 

"Im fine Louis " she said smiling weakly. I felt bad. 

"Excuse me sir. I must say your mom will be getting treatment here. Please take care of her " I said and he nodded. 

"She will be admitted to ward tommorow. I have to go" I said and excused my self.I was thinking of calling George my boyfriend for three months now. Today is our 3 month anniversary. As I was thinking. 

Soon my phone rang. I saw my boyfriend calling.

"Hello?" I answered the phone. 

"Hey, When will your shift ends? " He asked his voice different from usual like he is impatient. 

"You know when my shift end." I said and he hummed.

Strange. 

"I mean on what time you will come. I mean you don't have late shift right? " he said sounding a little suspicious. 

I don't why but he is not giving me good vibes today. Maybe he is sick or something. 

"You know on what time I will come home. But today i think I will be late. Maybe two to three hours" I said and he hummed. 

"Okay" he said quite urgently. 

"Bye" I said and he also said bye.

The clock struck ten and my shift ended. I grabbed my things.

"See you later Ella" I said to receptionist. 

"Bye Janis" I went to my car and drove to bakery and got a cake. Our names were beautifully craved on it. I smiled. 

It's our 3 months anniversary. 

I drove to his house. I grabbed the cake and knocked at the door.

But the door was unlocked.Its quite strange to be someone's door unlocked. 

"He never keep his door unlocked?" I whispered.

I made my way towards his room. To see which made my heart ache and anger pulsed through my veins.

He is cheating on me with the head nurse of my hospital. The sweet sickly julia. 

I was angry beyond imagination. I put a sickly sweet smile. 

"George" I said smiling while leaning on door frame. Trying to control my anger. 

"Janis!" He exclaimed with horror and wrapped the sheets around himself. 

"No Janis its not what its looks like" Julia said wrapping the sheets around her.

"Well Julia no need to explain. Please come down stairs so we can celebrate our anniversary.We have an unexpected guest but she can enjoy too." I said as I walked down stairs. 

I grabbed plate and knife and I put cake on the plate and out it on the table. 

"Oh there you guys are. Come sit" I said smiling. 

I cut the cake smiling. 

"Let's celebrate our anniversary." I said and ate the piece of cake. 

They were looking scared and confused like I gone mad. 

Soon I grabbed cake and throw it at his face. 

I grabbed the vase and throw it at him. He stood up walk backwards. I grabbed the plate and throw it at them. 

I grabbed his hair and pulled them. 

"Stop!" Julia said coming towards me. 

I pushed George and he fell on ground. I grabbed Julia hair and slapped her. 

I grabbed the wine from the kitchen cabinet and pour it over them. 

I flip his table. I broke his vases and throw glass over them. 

I removed hair out of my face.

"Listen I dump you! You didnt! I dumped you. Asshole!" I said grabbed my things and walked towards door. 

Soon turned around and kicked him in the nuts. 

He fell on the ground in pain. I flipped my hair and walked away and went outtowards my car. 

"This house belong to FUCKING CHEATER" I yelled and drove away.

. I stopped at the beach. The cool breeze blowing. 

I screamed. 

"Oh my god!! That was so bad ass!! Im proud of you Janis!" I screamed. 

I am sad because it was my first fucked up relationship. 

I remember the words of my father.

Flashback

"Listen buddy, crying is not a sign of weakness. You are my little warrior. Remember you are strong but strong people cry too. Let it all out"

"The tears show that how strong you are. You will always remain my little warrior"

Flashback ended.

"Dad I miss you" I said tears in my eyes. . 

My dad was an FBI agent. He was shot during a mission.

My phone rang and I saw my mum calling.

"Hey Warrior where are you?" She asked worried.

"Mom just on beach" I said kicking sand. 

"Are you okay?" She said. .

"Mom don't panic I'm coming home.I have to tell something badass" I said squealing and she laughed. .

"Come home safe" she said and hung up.

I went to my car and drove home. I reached home. I went to from door.

"Mom Im home!" I said and suddenly 

"BOO!" Someone screamed.

I scream bloody murderer. I saw my mom dying from laughing.

"Mom! That was not funny" I whined and huffed.

"You should have seen your face" She clutching her stomach soon I joined in.

"Now tell me what is so badass?" She asked in strict tone.

"Mom he cheated on me and destroyed his house and broke his nuts" I said laughing. 

Her eyes widen and jaw drop.

"WHAT! That asshole, I'm gonna beat his ass up" She exclaimed angry.

"No need mom I already did" I said.

"I just need my icecream and snacks and N*****x" I said amd she nodded.

There was knock at the door. I dont know who came this late.

"Who is out there?" I asked.

"Janis Its uncle Sam" The voice said and i opened the door.

"Uncle" I hugged him

"How is my daughter doing?" He said.

He is the best uncle. After my father died. He played the role as a father.

"Fine" I said.

"Yes fine, Sam you know her boyfriend?" My mom said and i glare at her to stop.

"Oh that Georgy boy" He said

"Oh yes he cheated on her" my mom said and slapped my forehead.

"WHAT!" He burst with anger.

"STOP" I yelled.

"I throwed vase, plates and some other thing and smashed the cake on his face" I said and there both eyes widen and laughed.

"Uncle what brings you here at this late?" I asked.

"Let's sit and talk" he became serious.

"So there is my team mate who is injured badly, he needs a personal doctor for this position you are best option" He said 

"Why?" I asked confused.

"You are daughter of Kyle Ian the most trusted FBI agent. You are taught about FBI by your father and I know you know FBI needs someone trustable" he said.

"So the man who is injured where is he?" I said 

"He is being treated but you know it is dangerous to being treated in a local hospital" He said leaning back at the couch.

"Okay when I have to treat him" I asked him.

"Meet our head tommorow at midnight café at 1pm sharp," he said and I nodded.

"Thanks for helping my dear," he said and stand up from the couch.

"I have to go now," he said and we bid our goodbyes.

"Mom let's go to bed," I said and she nodded.

"You will think about it right?" my mom said and I nodded.

"Goodnight mom," I said and she kissed my forehead.

"Goodnight Janis," she said and went to her room.

I entered my room and went to the bathroom and took a shower changed into PJs

I fell asleep slumber as soon I lay down.
