Adira’s POV

Alpha Liam was adamant that the two of us ride alone in his SUV back to Crimson and I was beginning to understand why as my heat began to hit once again and I tried to cross my legs to reduce the heat building within my core. His scent of elderberry and pine began to fill all my senses as I closed my eyes trying to stop myself from wanting to mount him while he drove.

“Adira.” Alpha Liam said, making me open my eyes to look at him. The pupils of his eyes were taken over, darkening his blues, as desire filled them for me.
