Chapter 69

Liam’s POV

I had stood there long enough as Adira’s father played his little games. My eyes had moved several times to elder James, and I knew he had the information that we seek too. He looked like a wolf that was easy to break and I was going to take my chance to break him. When I said that Adira’s father wasn’t the only one that knew where to find the witch, I watched as elder James’s eyes widen and his heart began to beat fast, telling me that my assumption was right.

Grabbing the elder by the neck, I slammed his head down on the desk and said to him, “You have two seconds to tell me where the witch is.”

“James don’t tell him a thing.” Adira’s father said barely able to get the words out as his color started to turn blue from the lack of oxygen Alpha Zane was allowing him.

“James, that’s one second.” I said as I tightened my hold on him.

“Okay, okay. Her name is Ali.” Elder James says, but that isn’t enough information to find her.

Putting more pressure on his neck, I ask, “
