Stargazing (Part 1)

We woke up when it was very dark outside which was perfect. I think it’s about two or three in the morning. Perfect since it will be really dark right now! Sunrise should be between six and seven at this time of year. I put the dress and shoes back on from earlier and then grabbed the black cloak with the green underside from the rack when he stopped me. “One cloak, my flower.” He whispered in my left ear, slipping his arms around my waist. “It will be better if we share.”

I nodded in agreement setting the second cloak back on the peg. I walked over and picked up the blanket we had cuddled under and the pillow stuffing them both under my arm. I walked over to the dresser as he met me there. I unsealed the room and opened a portal to the Cliffs of Typher. We stepped through to a slightly cloudy sky above us and a thin layer of snow on the ground as I shut the portal. The wind was bitterly cold, and I shivered immediately. The air is freezing cold! I have to be quick.
