“You’re just staring at your hand. Are you alright, Karen?” Conor asked setting down his cards. I looked up unsure of how to say what I felt. I felt like I got punched in the chest in front of the entire Royal court. I feel so nervous and like I’m going to cry.

I got up and hugged him tightly. There’s no doubt anymore. But how do I say it? He was silent but returned the hug. “Excuse me for a moment please.” I whispered.

I left the main room and slipped into the armoire room. I paced around the room trying to figure this out as best I could. That feeling I felt… It was just like Bart had said. You just realize out of the damn blue that you you’re in love with them. I smiled sweetly to myself as the realization sunk in deeper by the second. I’m in love with him. There’s no way I could ever deny my feelings for him. But how do I say it to him?
