Chapter 73; Conflicting thoughts.

“We have to find out who really did it, Alpha, because I know she can't be the one.” Estan said, pacing around the now empty courtroom.

Regan was seated at the other side of the table, looking at the open sky through the wide windows.

He was deep in thought. A conflict within him about Ivorie being detained.

He knew within himself that she wasn't the actual culprit but the question was, did he really want to help her out of the situation?

“Alpha? Alpha!” Estan snapped him out of his trance. Regan shifted on his seat and turned to face his Beta.

“Why didn't you say anything to stop the Elders?” He asked with arched brows.

Regan released a deep breath, “I don't know if I want to.” He drawled softly.

Estan's eyebrows shot up in surprise and confusion.

“You're not sure? She's your Luna and she surely wasn't the real culprit!” Estan remarked still in daze of how his Alpha was acting.
