Chapter 93; More lies

Now the plan was simple, they’d keep Cecil in Witting till they got a fair idea of Rosa’s safety. Cody would make one trip to Witting to follow up on the report with Eileen and during that time Cecil would be taken care of by Myra since Tia was having her time off. Cody and Seth had already found ways they were going to entertain Cecil they started by playing videos for kids and he seemed to be having the time of his life, while he kept asking Cody lots of questions. Cody’s heart began to warm up to the boy, he was his son after all.

They stepped out on their way to the park both of them holding Cecil’s hands. Cody whispered to Seth.

“Myra will be waiting for me at the park, so you go now, to the car rental and get us a car, tomorrow we’ll go back to Witting”

“Noted… take care” Seth said and turned around and waved at Cecil who waved back at him then left. Cody was impressed by how well behaved Cecil was but figured he was used to being left behind due to the nature of his mother
