“Are you sure you're okay?” Sean asked while he was busy driving me home.

Since I saw that picture inside his drawer, my energy just subsided until it faded. All of a sudden, I felt feeble as if I'm gonna be bedridden. My heart is aching. I couldn't erase from my head how genuine Sean's smile was in that picture. I couldn't help but to compare how he flashes a smile at me. Are those genuine or just a fake one?

I was trying to pretend like I was fine after that, but I just can't. I can't stop myself from sharing with him the heaviness I feel right now.
