Alex's POV

The winter break was finally came to a close with one day left but Asher and I still weren't dating, when I woke up after we'd... I told him that I'd be his girlfriend but he acted like he didn't say anything and now things were weird between us, I mean we still talk and everything but we haven't gone on the date he promised and after that day, the nightly visits stopped.

My phone vibrated on the couch and for once, I was actually reluctant to check who it was, I grabbed my phone and turned it on, all I saw was a notification from one of the games saying that my energy had been restored and the message from Cole that I still hadn't answered in the past two weeks. I sighed and tapped on the game notification, it was a merge game and it helped me pass the time until my phone dinged and Asher's name popped up at the top of the screen.
