CHAPTER 73 - I'm Here To Serve You

The children had always been Amelia's biggest weakness. She wasn't afraid of much, but the thought of someone taking her kids away terrified her.

Amelia's eyes instantly welled up. "Leo, I never intended to keep them from you. You didn't give me a chance to explain, so I couldn’t tell you about them."

"Now that I have finally given birth to them and raised them to this age, you can't just selfishly take them away from me."

Leo's expression grew darker as he stared intently at her pale face.

The woman standing before him had eyes rimmed with red, and her body shook with fear and anxiety. He realized just how much those children meant to her.

Still, he said, "I won’t press you about keeping this secret from me, but from now on, they need to be raised by me."

"That's not happening," Amelia replied immediately.

"When they were born, you weren't there. When they were sick or needed someone at school, you weren't around. Even when things were tough, I was the one taking care of them
