Angelic and William found no record from the dirty storage room, so they decided to return the key back to Mr. Soleman's house.
They were about to leave when the old man called them.
"Wait," he said.
"Is this the record you are looking for?"
William and Angelic wondered why he had kept the record of Marie Anderson.
"How did you know that, that was the record we've been looking for?" asked William.
The old man invited them inside his house again to discuss things he knew about the record.
"I was cleaning room 106 that time when Marie Anderson died. It was the fifth day of September, they were about to leave the hospital since Marie was already fine. However, they were not allowed to go home unless they settle their account. Her father went out to find some money and when he returned after paying the remaining balance he barrowed from his friend, there was a knife stabbed on his daughter's neck. Marie has the chance to survive if the doctor attended her earlier. But since they were poor, the doctor ignored the dying patient and sent her father away. Marie died that day because of the hospital's neglegience to fulfill their duty."
Mr. Soleman's throat ached for a moment so he went inside his kitchen to get a glass of water, but he was still holding the record.
He returned back to the dini g area where William and Angelic were patiently waiting.
"I kept this record with me for so long for I knew that one day, someone will be looking for this. And I wasn't wrong, here you came aski g this from me," Mr. Soleman showed the old document to them and continue speaking.
"Marie's death was mysterious, I was there for almost five hours, but I did not see the person who stabbed her on her neck, even CCTV footage has no record of a stranger entering her room to kill her," Mr. Soleman explained.
William asked if they could take a photo of the old document for they really need it badly for their investigation. But the old man did not agree, instead, he gave them one condition. He would only lend the record to them if they paid him mone,.
"How much do you need?" Angelic asked the old man direct to the point.
"A hundred and fifty dollars," the old man answered while folding the document.
Angelic took her wallet out and gave Me. Soleman the amount he required as payment in exchange taking a photo on the document.
William put out his camera and made sure that he captured all the important details clearly. He captured the document repeatedly to have more copies of it. After taking many shots, they returmed the documents back to the old man and thanked him for keeping the document safe.
William and Angelic left the old man alone in his house and they get back to the car to review the record. However, she noticed that the details including the name of Marie's father and his address was tampered. William remembered the name of Marie's father who was Makar Anderson and it was not the same name written on the record, they thought that the old man had fooled them off. They go back to Mr. Soleman house and confronted him about the tampered document.
Mr. Soleman laughed very hard and took out another document from his coat. This time, that was the real record that they are looking for, Mr. Soleman asked for money again in exchange of the real file. But this time, he asked double the money that he had a while ago.
William paid him this time but Angelic insisted that she must be the one to pay. William said that it was alright and Mr. Soleman gave them the real copy that they need.
Mr. Soleman counted the amount he had on his palm and smiled as William and Angelic left.
Mr. Adamson Foster, a retired Commander General of Brookfield Naval Force slept beside his daughter, Anika Foster, an eight year old girl who was admitted at room 106 due to sudden vomiting and dehydration. The little girl has been suffering from this for more than three days so her parents decided to confine her at McLeod's Medical institute. It was September 5, 2015, Anika was widely awake. The clock hand pointed 3:00 a.m. She went down her bed and looked outside from the window. The surrounding was peaceful, she heard nothing but the rustling leaves from a pine tree outside her room.Suddenly, Anika's tummy started to ache that she can’t bare the pain she was feeling inside her body. Mr. Foster was awaken and saw the horrible scenario happening to her daughter. There were droplets of blood coming out from her nose, so her dad called the doctor and Mr. Sigmund Morgan run quickly to attend for his patient. He injected Tranexamic Acid to stop the bleeding
The next day, Angelic and William went back to the hospital where Anika Foster died. The first thing they did was to review the CCTV footage, but no odd image from the monitor was recorded. William suggested to see the room where the child has been admitted for more than three days. The room remained untidy, there were still blood and fluid on the floor, William took his micro cylinder to get some specimens, including the blood, fluid and some strands of hair scattered on the floor. The room was stinky but they continue finding things that could help them for the investigation.Angelic looked down the bed where Anika slept for three nights. There was a weird ambience she felt, she took up the pillow and saw a candy under it.“William, look at this.”William came over the bed and observed the candy. It was not a typical candy, there were holes inside, perhaps the rat beside ate it. They thought that it was just a newly manufactured candy,
William took an old file case on his table, the case was too old and covered with thick dust. He put all the documents out and scattered it so that Angelic could help her find the document they are looking for. They started to scan every detail written on the dusty papers.“LITTLE GIRL FOUND TORTURED TO DEATH AT MCLEOD’S MEDICAL INSTITUTE, September 5, 2005.”William was shocked after reading the headline from the dirty newspaper. Now, he remembered the case he handled 10 years ago. And that was the case that would connect questions in their minds. He took a strong and tight grip on the newspaper, Angelic asked if he was all right but William excused for a moment and went inside his bedroom. There was a scene flashing on his mind, a scene he never wanted to see again.Ten years ago, William Smith handled a case about a little girl who was found dead at McLeod’s Medical Institute. The little girl was Marie Anderson, six years
It has been three weeks since Doctor Morgan's detention and everything in his life was altered with just a blink of an eye. He was not used to the dusty wall and rusty grill surrounding him. It was a new world he never expect to enter. He almost lost his normal weight from 55 kilos to 45, he had not eaten well for the past weeks though Angelic never forget to send her healthy foods, he would not eat them, instead he would give it to the other detainees. One rainy night, he was feeling uncomfortable on his bed, there were rats under it making little noise which sounds irritating. He opened the light to check the underneath portion of his bed, the light flickered on and off. He thought that there was something wrong with the electric line so he turned the light off and returned to his bed. He gently closed his eyes and a cold breeze of the wind blown inside his cell, suddenly, the wall clock hung on the wall dropped and made a shocking sound. He opened the light again to

She was about to leave but Doctor Morgan told her about what happend the other night."Anika Foster visited me and she was begging for help."Angelic was surprised and felt glad that her dad had finally speak. Angelic was really bothered about her dad's condition, she thought that he got traumatized with what happened. As much as she wanted to always stay with him, she has to accomplish the case investigation as soon as possible. She drove her car and went to William's house to pick him. It was almost lunch time when she arrived, and she was not eating yet. William took out the plate from his dish cabinet and gave it to Angelic."No, it's okay William. I'm not hungry."But William heard the sound of her starving tummy so they laughed and Angelic sat down beside the dining table to have her lunch."Well, the evidence is concrete Angelic."They laughed again, Angelic tasted the food delicious so she asked for more rice. The buttered chicken was really tender and mouth watery, so Angelic can't get much of it."The food is really good William. Thank you!"William asked Angelic to wait for a moment for he was going to change hi
William and Angelic looked for Mr. Arthur Soleman in the hospital but they found nothing. One from the sanitary staff told them that Mr. Soleman was having his lunch in his house. They went out from the hospital and search for the old man's house. There was a tiny 'nipa' hut fifty steps outside the hospital and they thought that it was the house of Mr. Soleman. They knocked on the wooden door and an a wrinkled man opened it for them."Who are you looking for?" asked the old man."We are looking for Me. Soleman. Do you know him sir?" William answered. The old man asked them to get in, the house was untidy and crowded. There were disposable cups scattered on the floor and dusty rugs on the table. They sit on a wooden chair slowly since it looks old and weak already. The old man begun asking questions."Why are you looking for Arthur Soleman?" he asked."We need his help.
