Freda’s POV

****The sweet smell of lavender across a wide field, the soft dance of the wind against them, the sound of birds chirping and the sky blue with soft pillows of clouds over the field. I spotted Zack down the meadow and waved.

“Plum, come on, let’s eat lunch “ he says. I ran across the field towards him.

“Hello, wife! “ Zack said as he gave me a sweet kiss on my lips.

“Husband! “ I purred.

“I love it how you say it. “ he said against my lips.

“What? Husband? “ I said again.

“I ought to have you for lunch. “ he said in a deep voice.

“Mommy, daddy! “ a little girl called as she ran over to us.

“Oops, I guess not today. “ I teased. Zack gave me a side eye as he opened his arms wide. The little girl jumped on his arms as he lifter her up.

“Mummy, where did you go to? Daddy says lunch is reach. “ she says to me.

“Oh honey, I went to get some flowers for you. “ I say to her. I give her the flowers in my hands.

“Thanks mommy, they’re beautiful. “ she says.

“Let’s go in.
