Leo looked at both Bella and Hailey who were tightly holding his hands, and it was obvious they were trying to claim him. It wasn't a surprising thing if Hailey volunteer to spend the night in his house, because Leo was already used to Hailey spending the night at his night, but it only happens when he needed help with works, and oftentimes, Hailey will just come to his house uninvited, and he won't have the heart to send her back. He will just give her a room and that's all.

Bella saying she's going to spend the night at his house made Leo surprised and happy at the same, because he literally wasn't expecting it from Bella. Without wasting time, he stood his hand from Hailey and faced Bella.
