The girl

A foul smell seeps into my nostrils, they are close, I'm going to have

some fun. I jump off the branch and fall nimbly, I run stealthily.

Once I'm close I notice the faint scent of a werewolf woman.

I hide behind some bushes to see the situation.

- Well, well, well.

I speak slyly coming out of my hiding place after a few minutes watching

the situation and calling everyone's attention.

- So you're already such cowards that you mess with a little girl.

I growl. The girl looks at me with fear.

- And who are you?

Asks one of the three, red-haired and blood-eyed.

- The one who will tear your head off, nice to meet you.

I smile wickedly, they laugh looking me up and down.

- You can't fight the three of us," says this time the shaven-haired blond.

- We'll see.

I answer and dodge the short brunette, I run towards the redhead and

jump over him grabbing his head and when I fall I take his head to

my knee pulling it off. The blond picks me up and throws me against

a tree while the dark-haired guy comes towards me but I react quickly

and rip his arm off. I run again this time towards the blond and kick

him knocking him down, once on the ground I climb up leaving my feet on

his chest and tear his head off smiling, I turn slowly towards the brunet,

he looks at me with terror flooding his eyes. This time I didn't even need

to transform, stupid.

- Why did you want her?

I ask approaching him, he tries to back away.

- We were sent to kidnap her- he whispers in fear.

- Who sent you?- He shakes his head and I rip off his other arm making him

scream in pain. - Who?- I scream inches away from him.

-It was..... Acheron- he says trembling.

- Acheron what else?- I growl coming closer.

- Acheron Kilgorc!- he screams as I grab him by the hair.

-Listen to me leech, tell that Acheron that if he touches the girl again

he will have to deal with Persephone- I growl, he opens his eyes like a plate.

- now go away before he comes to his senses- I speak and turn around looking

at the girl, I soon hear his hurried steps walking away. I approach her, who is

crying and cowering. - Are you all right?- I ask, bending down to get a good look

at her. She nods sniffling her nose, she reminds me of someone - Where are you from?

I ask, she gets up between little tremors and hugs me, after a few seconds I decide

to hold her and get up with her still in my arms.

- I'm from King Moon- she speaks with a trembling voice, how strange, King Moon.

- Is it far away?- she asks pulling her head out of my neck. I shrug my shoulders.

- I guess a day or two- I answer. She nods, wiping the trail of tears from her

small, ruddy cheeks. - What's your name?

- My name is Annabeth, will you take me home?

I nod in reply and after grabbing my bag, which I left in the bushes, we set off

for King Moon. We walk until it gets dark, with Annabeth talking all the time and

me trying not to get irritated, I like her but she doesn't shut up. I see her yawn

a couple of times.

- Here- I say handing her my backpack, she puts it on and I immediately change and

then let her up to let her rest.

- Your fur is very soft- she caresses my head as if I were a dog, I snort.

Luckily she yawns again and leans forward, lying on my back.- And I like your name...

Persephone is the last thing I hear her say and only the beating of her little heart

remains. I increase the speed a little so that tomorrow we have less distance to travel.

After spending two hours at a fairly fast pace but without running I decide to stop to

rest. I lay the girl on the ground as best I can and then transform and move her into

a comfortable position. I put the backpack under my head and I look at the trees and

the few stars that can be seen between the trees, without being lucky enough to see

the moon. I close my eyes to get some sleep, but not without being attentive.

As soon as the first rays of sunlight brighten the sky, I get up to wake Annabeth.

-Here- I hand her a chocolate bar after rummaging through my backpack. She thanks me

and we eat our candy bars pretty quickly.-Come on- I get up and give her the backpack

again - You hold on tight, okay?- she nods and I turn to let her up. I start to run

with the fresh smell of the wet grass from the humidity of the night. The cold wind

hits my face and the mist from the exhalations leaves a harmonious effect with my

surroundings.

A little later a brown wolf is coming at full speed towards me, a guardian of King Moon,

who how do I know? He is wearing a red collar, which identifies him as a guardian of

King Moon.

When he is two meters away from me he turns his head to the side with the intention of

lunging towards my neck, I jump and dodge his attack but as soon as I fall to the

ground I notice how Annabeth falls to the side, I turn quickly to see if she is ok

and she nods at me. The guardian comes closer again but I'm faster and bite his neck,

without breaking it, once I let him go I bite his right front paw listening to his

whimpering and leaving him on the ground. When I turn around I see four wolves and

a blond boy approaching quickly but this party couldn't miss the bloodsuckers which

come from my back. I give the wolves and the blond boy a look and turn around with my

back to them. The first one I see is a red-eyed black-haired girl coming at full speed

towards me, I run towards her cutting the little distance left but she jumps and

manages to dodge me, kicking me and throwing me towards a tree, I growl. I get up and

rip her head off. I transform, time to fight bitches. I duck dodging a long haired

blond, I grab his hair to kick him from behind and take his head. I throw the mane

after spinning it in the air in amusement. More vampires appear and the wolves next

to the blond fight them, none of them let them get close to the girl.

"I want to take charge."

Growls Irina, my she-wolf. I transform to then continue to enjoy this carnage.

-How long?- I look at the owner of that voice already familiar to me, I tense up.

He approaches quickly but before he can reach me he is enveloped in a bluish sphere,

I look at the blond who looks at me and nods. I turn to the next victim.

-Careful!- I hear at the same time that I feel a big blow which sends me directly

against a tree, I transform myself sitting leaning on the tree, that hurt.

-You'll regret what you did.

I tense up again, two bloodsuckers pick me up and hold me closer to him. Once in front

of him, I take my momentum and kick him, creating more momentum and spinning backwards

behind the two vampires.

That looked great on me, I grin wickedly, grab both heads and smash them together.

I look around for him, but he has disappeared. Several vampires jump on me which makes

it more complicated to tear off their heads so I tear off armsand legs, very funny.

When I finally get them all off me I see he's nowhere to be seen, coward. I watch as

there are only three vampires left, all of whom are fighting the wolves. I approach

Annabeth and after saying goodbye to her and grabbing my bag, I head in the opposite

direction to King Moon.

-Wait!- shouts one of them behind me, when he is about to touch me I grab his arm and

throw him to the ground making him writhe in pain.

-What do you want?- I ask coldly without loosening my grip. I see them a couple of

meters away next to the girl.

- Your alpha wants to talk to you- speaks a dark-haired man with honey-colored eyes.

I let go of the one on the ground and he moves away, grimacing and waving his arm.

- First, he's not my Alpha; and second, I'm not going anywhere with you, bye- I turn

and start walking away from them.

-You're a hybrid- I stay still in my place, when I'm about to turn I receive a strong

blow on my head leaving me in absolute darkness.
