Accepting One's Fate

The Tower of the Hundred was a tower that was known by every elder of the three Great Races. The tower in itself had no great use other than it’s absolute defense and ability to reappear. What made the tower famous was the one who occupied it; and her name was Ashera.

Ashera stood upon the roof of the Tower of the Hundred with her eyes fixed onto a ring of clouds located in the east. The lady who was always so calm and composed had a worried expression on her face, and within those orbs, some fear could be seen.

“He has awakened,” she stuttered nervously. While it was questionable that she had been able to infer this from just the clouds, this was not a normal world. This was a world were people controlled elements and possessed the ability to take on powerful beasts. There was nothing ordinary here.
