Chapter Thirty-One

With Cameron around for the holidays, Rosa was setting up the Christmas tree and lighting up the house with color and mistletoe. She had brought life to the house and soon every corner of the house felt like the holiday season. There was a smile on Rosa' face but it still didn't reach her eyes. Liam was acting so strange and that got her even more worried.

He may be her little boy but she was aware he was up to know good. Liam has kicked against the holidays for years, he even hates the mention of it and would never want her hanging around the holiday present during this season. Now he was hanging trees and choosing the meals to prepare. Having Liam in the kitchen felt like having the devil standing over the gas cooking. He was smiling from ear to ear, creeping Rosa out. She couldn't stop staring at him, only if she could read the lines on his face then maybe she would realize that he was up to know good.

This was just a fantasy that Cameron would have to live through during the hol
