Immediately I got inside, I told my maids to excuse us and make sure nobody comes near my chamber. We were both served teas and they left to carry out of my command with immediate effect.

After telling him in details about what really went down and how Ansel was the friend I was talking about, his claws were out long and sharp. I could see furs all over his hands as his anger level rose.

“So you mean the shithead that made you this way was the person I arrested the other time?” he asked again to be sure he heard well and I slowly nodded
