I entered the mansion and walked around first to inspect it. The place did not cleaning at all. It was still very clean, and I wondered why Dominic always bothered me to come every time and why he even wanted me to stay with him so that I could get to cleaning earlier. After inspecting the house and walking around, I decided I would go to the guest bathroom and get changed from there. Unlike the tiny room, the bathroom had a lock, and I felt slightly safer knowing that I could get dressed in a room with a lock. Sadie walked up to me with a smile plastered on her face as if we had been friends all those many years she decided to harass me. “Oh my, look at you. “HOMER!” Dominic yelled angrily as his hands quickly covered his bottom part, and then he reversed back into the room. I was not sure if I should continue running forward and end up in the kitchen or run back to the tiny room or eventually sprint out of the mansion. I had already been traumatised by Sadie, and then seeing Dominic like that made me feel even worse. I froze in the same spot until I decided to run straight to the kitchen. I prayed and hoped he would not come to the kitchen to get a glass of water still nude. Still feeling shaken and panicked, I remained in the kitchen for some time, trying to catch my breath. I bit on my nails and the cuticles nervously. One of my cuticles peeled so far deep and back that I started to bleed. I knew I could not rinse the blood off in the kitchen sink, meaning the only other solution was to go out of the kitchen and head to any of the bathrooms to rinse it off. I subtly followed them around the house as Dominic showed Aaron what apparently needed reparing and fixing. To me and Aaron, it was nothing big. It was just tiny cracks on the wall, paint slowly peeling off and a random tiny crack on one of the tiles of the floor. To Dominic, it was a disaster waiting to happen. He claimed that if there was suddenly a natural disaster, the whole house would fall apart. If there was a random thunderstorm, the whole building would collapse just because of those cracks. And then, he took him upstairs and showed him one of the bedrooms that had always been locked ever since I started working there. Was he decorating and renovating it for me? It was a simple bedroom. After cleaning the rest of the house, I slowly walked to the office. I reluctantly headed there, but there was no other way of informing Dominic that I was leaving. I knocked on the door and did not hear a reply, but I heard as if something was being played on his laptop or phone. I knocked again, only a little harder. Still, nothing. I slowly twisted the door handle, but the door was locked. I turned away automatically, assuming that he was not in the office. But where would he have gone? I never saw him leave the house. I never saw him go upstairs, and I never even heard his footsteps. I walked back to the office door. I gently knocked on it again and tried twisting the handle. Then, whatever sound came from his laptop or phone suddenly stopped, and I heard the sound of his feet walking on the floor. I unlocked the door, and we entered my house. “Adam, what are you doing here?” I questioned “I figured that if I tried to call you, you would not answer your phone or if I came knocking on your door, you would peep, see me and decide to sit quietly in your house until I leave.
