Chapter 13 - Nicholas

It had been two days and 56 minutes since we found her. In exactly 18 minutes, we were leaving for the airport.

I hadn't packed much, but enough for about a week. If I had to stay longer than that, I'd just buy new stuff or have someone do the laundry for me.

I probably could do it by myself but I never learned how to and we always had someone do them for us so I never had to worry about it

I walked towards the front door, seeing my mother standing there with a smile.

"And to apologise about Brittney. I should have never dona what I did. I should've believed in your ability to find your mate" she said, the smile dropping.
