If she was still Seraphine, she would be quick to befriend this man. But as Blair, she couldn't take the risk.
Following that, their training was done, and Seraphine knew their squad would be handed a new mission as this was finished. The leader is the one responsible for relaying their mission to them and allocating the tasks.
It was because the leader sabotaged Blair lots of times that she didn't manage to receive any recognition for the job she did until now. It wouldn't be going too far to say her teammates were incompetent in comparison to her.
Seraphine wasn't planning to get taken advantage of by her teammates like this, but she wasn't able to think of a way out of this.
