“I told you he’s not going to come,” Anna mocked as a smirk rode up her lips. She stared at the man who had two of his guards supporting him while he paced around the empty garage. “Let me go. You can think of another plan after am gone. After all, that’s all you know how to do. Scheme.”

Ethan groaned coming to a stop before her. He looked down at her with so much resentment that she could taste its metalic taste in her mouth. “You shut the fuck up and pray. I told you that if he doesn’t come, that means you’re in big trouble.”
